Delta Entrepreneur Publishes Open Letter Asking Tinubu for ₦12bn Loan to Build Housing Hubs
A Delta State entrepreneur, Emmanuel Efayeta Kuejubola, has taken the unusual step of publishing an open loan application to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, requesting ₦12 billion to kick-start a housing-and-agriculture settlement project. In the newspaper letter sighted by The Bureau News, Kuejubola frames the ask as a private-sector push to ease housing shortages, create jobs, and expand food production.

Kuejubola says the initial facility would fund the acquisition and documentation of 400 acres of land in Delta State and the development of an initial 400 two-bedroom bungalows, with a long-term plan for 3,000 housing units in phases.
