The Accord Party’s governorship candidate, Vice Admiral Usman Jibrin (rtd), has yesterday assured the inhabitants of Insalu, in the Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State.
The former Chief of Naval Staff, who was received by thousands of supporters, tasked the inhabitants of the area with being hopeful as he bids to wrestle power from the Bello-led administration.
Usman Jibrin, who berates the dilapidated nature of the road networks in the state, was quoted as saying “I understand the state of the road, so coming here will effect a huge change as I will take action immediately”.
