Arsenal have reached an agreement in principle with Crystal Palace to sign England international midfielder, Eberechi Eze, in a deal worth around £68 million.
The transfer fee matches the expired release clause that Tottenham Hotspur were prepared to activate earlier this summer, according to reports.
