The Federal Government, through the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), has announced the commencement of recruitment into various positions within the Federal Civil Service, The Bureau Newspaper reports.
In a statement issued on Monday by the FCSC’s Head of Press and Public Relations, Taiwo Hassan, the commission invited eligible Nigerians to apply for available positions via its official recruitment portal.
Application Process and Requirements
Hassan emphasized that applicants are allowed to apply for only one position.
According to the statement:
“The Federal Civil Service Commission is receiving applications for various vacancies in the Federal Civil Service. The vacancy announcement is published on the commission’s website: www.fedcivilservice.gov.ng and in national newspapers.”
Interested candidates are to submit their applications online via https://recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng. Individuals with physical disabilities should specify the nature of their condition during the application process.

- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Ph.D./Master’s Degree Certificate
- Degree/HND/NCE Certificate
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate
- Primary School Certificate
- NYSC Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion Certificate
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Local Government Identification Letter
- Recent Passport Photograph
Deadline for Submission
The FCSC has set Monday, 10th March 2025, as the deadline for all applications.
The commission urges interested Nigerians to adhere strictly to the application guidelines to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
