President Tinubu Set to Return to Nigeria This Wednesday – Bayo Onanuga

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is scheduled to return to Nigeria on Wednesday, May 8, after his official engagements in Europe, according to Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy. Onanuga confirmed the president’s return via a post on his X handle on Tuesday, May 7.

The president had left Abuja on April 22 for an official visit to the Kingdom of The Netherlands, responding to an invitation from Prime Minister Mark Rutte. Following his engagements in the Netherlands, President Tinubu proceeded to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he attended a special session of the World Economic Forum (WEF) from April 28 to April 29.

The president’s trip, encompassing important bilateral discussions and global economic dialogues, highlights his ongoing commitment to enhancing Nigeria’s international relations and economic positioning.
