Don’t Curse Nigeria. Vote Out Bad Leaders In Next Election – President Tinubu [Video]

President Tinubu gave a moving speech to Nigerians on Thursday, March 28, at a Ramadan Iftar event with traditional leaders and religious leaders at the State House in Abuja. He urged them to forgo cursing the country and instead concentrate on replacing bad leaders through the democratic process.

“You hold the key to the nation’s love.” For our nation, offer up prayers. Teach our kids. President Tinubu said with passion, “The sermons we preach to the members of our churches and mosques are important.”

Tinubu stressed the importance of voting in a call to action, saying, “Do not condemn your own nation. In the following election, a bad leader ought to be removed from office.” “As a Yoruba man and as our fathers will say, ‘no matter how slippery the bottom of your child is, you must leave the beads there,'” he continued, drawing on Yoruba wisdom.
