In a passionate address today, Vice Admiral (Rtrd) Usman Jibrin, the gubernatorial candidate of the Accord for the upcoming Kogi State election, has called upon the Federal Government to declare a state of emergency in Kogi State due to the dire conditions faced by its citizens.

Furthermore, the Ex-Naval Chief proposes the relocation of the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs to Kogi State to address the escalating humanitarian crisis.
