The Chartered Institute of Certified Secretaries and Reporters of Nigeria (CICSRN), a leading professional body dedicated to grooming today’s administrative professionals and preparing them for tomorrow’s managerial roles, has announced fresh job vacancies for qualified Nigerians.
According to the notice obtained by The Bureau News, the Institute is inviting applications from self-motivated achievers, experienced administrators, and skilled professionals to fill critical positions across its operations.
Available Positions
1. Registrar/CEO
-
Qualification: B.Sc./HND, M.Sc. in relevant Business or Social Sciences, LL.B/BL. ACSR certification is an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior/general management.

Skills: Must be computer literate with proven digital transformation expertise.

Age: Not above 45 years.
2. Assistant Registrars
-
Qualification: Same as above.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in senior management.
3. Confidential Secretaries (3)

Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Information Management Services or Office Technology Management.

Experience: At least 3 years.

Age: Not above 30 years.
4. Membership & Corporate Services Officers

Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Social Sciences or OTM.
-
Experience: Minimum 2 years with computer literacy.

Age: Not above 35 years.
5. Educational/Examination Officers
-
Qualification: B.Ed/HND, M.Ed, M.Sc., or PGDE.

Experience: At least 2 years in education, with computer literacy.

Age: Not above 35 years.
6. Account Officer
-
Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Accounting. ACCA, ACA, or ANAN required.

Experience: At least 2 years with knowledge of accounting software.

Age: Not above 35 years.
7. Digital Marketers
-
Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Computer Science.

Experience: At least 2 years with proven skills in content development and social media marketing.

Age: Not above 30 years.
8. Admin Assistant
-
Qualification: OND/HND in any discipline.
-
Experience: Minimum of 1 year, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.

Age: Not above 25 years.
9. IT Executive Officer

Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Computer Science or equivalent. Certification as Microsoft Specialist or Certified Programmer required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years, with skills in website management and maintenance.

Age: Not above 30 years.
Additional Notes

Membership of CICSRN (Associate Grade or above) is an added advantage but not compulsory.
