In what could be described as “a show of shame” for the entire Kogi East, the senator representing Kogi East senatorial district, Alhaji Jibrin Isah, was captured in a video kneeling down and appreciating governor Yahaya Bello, whom he described as the brain behind his in-law’s ministerial nomination.

The senator, while on his knees, applauds the governor, saying he is overrewarding the Igalas, whom he is representing at the national assembly.
Many Igala sons and daughters have come out to criticize the senator, saying it is the most unfortunate thing to do, considering the office he is currently occupying.
Whichever way you view it, it’s an embarrassing moment for every son and daughter of the Igala kingdom, who are known for respect, prestige, and moral balance.
