Hon. Arome Honorius, the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Usman Ododo on Farm Inputs, has echoed former Governor Yahaya Bello’s call for the people of Kogi State to unite behind the current administration and ensure Ododo secures a second term in office.
In a statement made available to the press, Hon. Honorius emphasized that Governor Ododo has demonstrated exceptional leadership in delivering the dividends of democracy to Kogites. He noted that under Ododo’s leadership, the state has witnessed remarkable progress in various sectors, including agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, and education.
“Governor Ododo has proven beyond doubt that he is committed to the development of Kogi State. No one can do it better than him, considering his recent strides in governance and service delivery. He is a man of action, and his achievements within this short period speak volumes,” Honorius stated.
He further urged Kogites to set aside political differences and prioritize continuity for the sake of sustainable development. According to him, the state cannot afford to derail from the progress being made under Ododo’s administration.
“Our dear state needs stability and consistency in governance. The best way to ensure this is by giving Governor Ododo another term to consolidate on his achievements. His vision for Kogi is clear, and with the support of the people, we will witness even greater transformation,” he added.
Hon. Honorius also reaffirmed the commitment of the government to boosting the agricultural sector, ensuring that farmers across the state receive necessary support to enhance food production and economic growth.
