Your Govt Borrowed ₦50 Trillion Illegally, You’re A Traitor – Reno Slams Osinbajo

Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide, has taken to Facebook to question the integrity of former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, following Osinbajo’s recent remarks on the value of integrity. Omokri criticized Osinbajo’s position, particularly referencing his decision to contest the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary against President Muhammadu Buhari, who Omokri referred to as Osinbajo’s benefactor.

In a scathing post, Omokri wrote, “It is almost shocking that former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo should be talking about integrity. What integrity does Osinbajo have? A man who contested the All Progressives Congress Presidential primary against his one benefactor? And today, such a backstabbing traitor is talking about integrity?”

Omokri further accused Osinbajo and the Buhari administration of poor financial management, stating that they illegally borrowed ₦50 trillion and depleted Nigeria’s foreign reserves, leaving the country with more debt than all previous governments combined.

He also referenced a comment by Osinbajo’s spokesman, Laolu Akande, noting that even Akande acknowledged that the Obasanjo government was the best in Nigeria’s history, implying the inefficacy of Osinbajo and Buhari’s administration.
