Widow Faints from Intense Hunger, Local Traders Step in to Help

Recently, vendors at a local market in the southwest rallied to support a widow who collapsed from hunger.

A widespread video showed the woman and her child revealing they hadn’t eaten in four days. She explained that she ventured out to sell sachet water in hopes of earning enough to buy food but succumbed to fatigue and exhaustion.

The woman had her child on her back when she collapsed.
