Helen Willink was born in England on June 20, 1970, where she grew up. Her entire name is Helen Louise Willink.
Helen, the wife of Jocko, began her career as a flight attendant at a young age. She resigned from her job to focus on her lovely family and support her husband’s business ventures. Her husband, Jocko, and his acquaintance, Leif Babin, co-founded the leadership and consulting firm Echelon Front. He has also established Victory MMA and Fitness, a fitness and training facility. Together with Echo Charles, he hosts a weekly podcast. Jocko Willink’s wife co-manages the flourishing and profitable enterprises listed above.
Helen’s relatives
Jocko Willink first met Helen in Bahrain. Her beauty was so beguiling that he fell in love with her immediately. Jocko and Helen Willink were married within a short period of time. They are proud parents of three beautiful daughters and one handsome son.
On September 25, 1999, Helen gave birth to their first child, Freja, in Waterbury, Connecticut. Freja is a student at the University of California, Berkeley. The birth of the second child, Rana, took place in San Diego on March 12, 2001. In 2002, Thorsen, the third child, and a boy, was born in San Diego. The couple’s fourth child is a daughter.
Rana and Thorsen have taken an interest in and participated in wrestling, following in their father’s footsteps. Rana has made her parents proud by qualifying for the wrestling tournament as the first pointer wrestler since 1990. Thorsen finished third in the City League championship without falling behind.
All of Helen Willink’s children attended Point Loma High School, where they exhibited extraordinary talent. Jocko and Helen have not yet disclosed details about their fourth child.
