In Kubwa, Abuja, a pregnant woman was allegedly arrested for allegedly killing a woman she believed to be her husband’s side chick.
When the victim visited the pair on Christmas Day in 2024, the man’s pregnant wife allegedly doused her in gasoline and set her on fire, according to a lawyer who told the case on X.
After being taken to the National Hospital, she passed away from her wounds.
In order to safeguard her identity, friends of the dead took to X to identify her as Lisa (last name withheld).
They disclosed that she was merely the man’s acquaintance.
They also mentioned that Gudu Cemetery is where Lisa was laid to rest.
They expressed their happiness that she is now receiving the justice she is due.
