Ten thousand recruit constables from various training facilities around the nation are expected to graduate from the Nigeria Police Force.
The recruits have received extensive physical, intellectual, and ethical training to prepare them for the complex security environment and to maintain the rule of law while tackling Nigeria’s various security concerns, according to a statement from the force obtained by The Bureau Newspaper.
The force said it has faith in the incoming officers’ professionalism, moral character, and dedication to their work. The constables will be assigned to state commands across the country after graduation in order to assist local policing initiatives, strengthen crime response, and advance public safety. It is anticipated that their deployment will improve community-police relations and increase the Force’s ability to uphold law and order throughout the country.
