The Chairman and Founder of the Odu Network Movement for Ododo/Joel, Hon. Odu Paul Akowe, has this morning sent a congratulatory message to the governor and deputy governor elects, following their victory in the just concluded election in Kogi State.
Speaking shortly after the victory, Hon. Paul Odu Akowe was quoted as saying that the victory is no doubt the testament to the countless years of aggressive development of his Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello. He argued that the resounding victory was a direct imprint of what the people really feel about the Yahaya Bello-led administration.
What transpired at the polls was the democratic consolation of the Yahaya Bello-led administration, an administration that prioritizes the well-being of the youth, the downtrodden, and the oppressed. The people knew what they wanted and went for it, he added.
The Odu Paul Akowe played an astronomical role in the victory of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, transversing the entire Igala kingdom and preaching the need to have Alhaji Usman Ododo as the next governor of Kogi State.
The Chairman of the Odu Network for Ododo/Joel, therefore, expressed delight in the process that gave the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, victory, adding that he was proud of his teaming supporters, who, despite intimidation, marshaled home their resolve at the polls.
