Anyigba, Kogi State – Former Governor and Labour Party leader, Mr. Peter Obi, has once again shown his commitment to education and healthcare by fulfilling a promise made during his visit to Grimard College of Nursing Sciences. About three months ago, Obi visited the institution and donated ₦10 million to support its programs. During that visit, the school’s most pressing need for accreditation – a coaster bus – was shared with him by Bishop Most Rev. Dr. Anthony Adaji, the school’s proprietor.

Today, Mr. Peter Obi returned to the college, delivering on his promise. After an inspiring session with the students, where he shared words of encouragement and motivation, Obi officially handed over the much-needed coaster bus. Mr. Obi expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Proprietor, Management, and staff for their warm reception. He acknowledged their dedication to improving lives through education and healthcare, reaffirming his commitment to continue supporting the institution and contributing to building a better Nigeria.

The gesture further solidifies Obi’s reputation as a philanthropist deeply invested in enhancing access to quality education and healthcare in the country.
