KANO, NIGERIA — The Executive Committee of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in Kano State has extended hearty congratulations to His Excellency, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Executive Governor of Kano State, following his reception of three prestigious national awards recognizing his visionary leadership, commitment to good governance, and transformative impact on the lives of the people of Kano.
In a statement released by the party’s state leadership, the awards were described as “a well-deserved recognition of Governor Yusuf’s unwavering dedication to public service, progressive reforms, and inclusive development.”

Since assuming office, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has introduced sweeping reforms aimed at rebuilding public trust, enhancing government accountability, and driving economic empowerment for the masses, especially the youth and marginalized communities.
The NNPP Executive Committee emphasized that the recognition further solidifies the confidence the citizens of Kano have placed in his leadership, and affirmed their total loyalty and support for his administration’s vision.
