Nigerian Security Forces Impounds Carrying 200,000 Barrels of Stolen Crude Oil [Video]

President Bola Tinubu applauds Tantita Security Services Limited and other security agencies for their efforts in combating oil theft.

The commendation was conveyed by Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Christopher Musa, during an inspection of the impounded MT. Kali by Tantita and other security agencies in Oporoza.

Accompanied by high-ranking officials from the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) and military leaders, Major General Musa pledged a relentless crackdown on oil thieves and their backers.

Highlighting the collaborative success, he emphasized the need to destroy the impounded vessel, MT. Kali, as a deterrent to potential offenders.

Addressing the media, Musa called for responsible reporting, urging against the creation of disaffection between the government and private security agencies working together for more effective outcomes.
