Men Must Have Sex 21 Times In A Month. See Reasons – Expert

A Nigerian physician, Dr. Rasheed Adedapo, has recommended that men should engage in sexual activity 21 times monthly to reduce their risk of prostate cancer during their younger years.

Speaking on classic FM, he explained, “According to a principle in physiology, lack of use leads to loss of function. The only ‘workout’ your prostate gland receives is through erections, which are a result of sexual activities. Research strongly supports that a man in good health should engage in sexual activities 21 times a month to prevent prostate and cardiovascular problems.”

Additionally, Dr. Adedapo suggested that men consider having extramarital relationships, arguing that a man’s wife might not fulfill the advised frequency of 21 times per month. Thus, he openly supports the idea of having a mistress.

“Please, don’t tell your wife this, but if she’s not meeting your needs, I recommend having a mistress on a contractual basis to achieve your monthly goal of 21 times,” Dr. Rasheed stated.

The National Library of Medicine reports that annually, 20,000 Nigerian men die from prostate cancer.
