Kaduna South: Terrorists Seize Many School Children and Staff in Kuriga

In a distressing turn of events, armed bandits launched an attack on Kuriga town within the Chikun local government area of Kaduna State early Thursday morning. The assailants targeted an LEA Primary School, resulting in the abduction of a significant number of pupils along with some staff members.

Although details remain somewhat unclear, there are unverified reports indicating that the school’s Head Teacher, as well as a few other staff members, are among those kidnapped during this harrowing incident.

Eyewitnesses have disclosed that the attack occurred promptly at around 8:20 am, just after the school had concluded its routine morning assembly. The community and the families affected are awaiting further information as the situation develops.
