Borno State, Nigeria – June 24, 2024: In a shocking incident, Justice Haruna Mshelia, a High Court Judge, along with his wife, driver, and orderly, was abducted by Boko Haram terrorists on the Biu to Maiduguri road.

The abduction occurred as Justice Mshelia’s vehicle approached a curve in the road between Burutai and Buni-Gari. Armed men emerged from the bushes, their weapons blazing, and barricaded the road, forcing the judge’s vehicle to a halt.
