He Died Because He Didn’t Serve God Like Adeboye – Pastor Mocks Mr. Ibu

Following the announcement of John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu’s death, Pastor Fortune Makarios stirred controversy on Facebook by drawing comparisons between Mr Ibu and Pastor E.A. Adeboye. Pastor Makarios suggested that Mr Ibu’s passing at the age of 62 was due to not dedicating his life to serving God, in contrast to Pastor Adeboye, who is still active and healthy at the same age.

The pastor’s remarks have sparked outrage among netizens, who criticized him for being insensitive. Despite the backlash, Pastor Makarios responded defiantly on Facebook, stating: “IF YOU THINK GOD Called ME TO PLEASE you. YOU ARE JOKING.”

“IF YOU LIKE INSULT ME FOR SAYING THE TRUTH ON MY PREVIOUS POST
BUT YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE TRUTH THAT THOSE WHO GENUINELY SERVE GOD WITH THEIR LIFE LIKE PAPA ADEBOYE CANNOT DIE UNTIMELY.

“MY NAME IS PASTOR FORTUNE
YE SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU FREE !!! JOHN 8:32. #PASTORFORTUNESPEAKS.”
