Hardship: Gov. Zulum Declares One-Day Fasting And Prayer

Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has called on the state’s residents to observe fasting and engage in special prayers on Monday, seeking divine help to overcome the present difficulties brought on by inflation.

“The recent hardships, especially the soaring prices of food, deeply concern me,” stated the Governor.

During his address to the state’s inhabitants, Zulum appealed to traditional leaders, religious figures, and the public to partake in a one-day voluntary fast on Monday, aiming for peace, prosperity, and the state’s advancement, according to NAN.
