Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, a former governor of Kano State, has acknowledged that he has been given a position as a minister or something similar in President Bola Tinubu’s cabinet, however no decision has been made as of yet.
Kwankwaso claimed that he was in the presidential villa on Friday to continue his conversation with the President about the topic and other matters, including the current conflict between the governors of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf and Abdullahi Ganduje.
The meetings take place as tensions between the former APC-led Kano Government and the current NNPP-led government are once again on the rise.
However, it appears that the discussion between Tinubu and Kwankwaso once more demonstrates the positive connection and support that the NNPP can receive from the Federal Government.
