Breaking News: Supreme Court Affirms Tinubu’s Victory in 2023 Presidential Election

Justice Okoro has stated that the appellants, Atiku and Obi, failed to substantiate their claim that Tinubu did not legitimately win the election as they did not provide any supporting evidence for their argument. In essence, the Supreme Court has affirmed that Tinubu secured the highest number of votes, and his declaration as the winner aligns with the legality and constitutional provisions of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
