Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, is the subject of an investigation by agents of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s Lagos Zonal Command, EFCC, for allegedly spraying Naira notes.

Following a video report that showed the 31-year-old spraying and flaunting wads of fresh Naira notes at the Ajakaju movie premiere on March 24, 2024, at Film One Circle Mall in Lekki, Lagos, presented by Nollywood actress and producer Eniola Ajao, the EFCC invited the woman.

The investigation also turned up evidence that he had committed the alleged crime at various other parties and event venues at different periods.

He accepted the Commission’s invitation and showed up for questioning on Wednesday, April 4, 2024, early in the morning at the EFCC’s Lagos Zonal Command, offering to testify.

After the investigations are over, he will soon face charges in court.
