Abuja Second Most Dreaded Terrorist Arrested After Wike’s N20m Bounty

Samaila Wakili Fafa, also known as Habu Ibrahim, the second most wanted kidnapping suspect in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has been apprehended.
