Daura, Nigeria – Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), recently paid a visit to former President Muhammadu Buhari at his residence in Daura. The meeting was captured in a viral video and made available to The Bureau Newspaper Nigeria correspondent.
Accompanying Atiku were several prominent PDP figures, including Senator Aminu Tambuwal. The delegation’s visit to the former President shows ongoing political engagements and consultations ahead of upcoming 2027 elections.

In addition to visiting Buhari, Atiku also met with former Heads of State, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida and Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar, at their residences in Niger State on Wednesday, June 19. These meetings highlight Atiku’s efforts to garner support and build alliances within Nigeria’s political landscape as he campaigns for the presidency.
